This easy and straightforward process is very common with horses and cattle. The process of getting ready for it usually takes a few days, for cattle is about a 10-day process.

Uterine Cytology: This process consists of looking at the cells of the uterus and biopsy where we test it to find out why the animal is infertile. If possible, we will fix the problem and make the animal fertile again. For male animals, we do a semen collection and evaluation, which includes a sperm count. We also offer a breeding soundness examination, which ensures that the prospective breeding female can successfully carry a baby. The soundness exam consists of an ultra sound of the external genitalia and vagina.
